Some products (e.g. chocolate or flowers) are perishable, and their shelf life and condition depend on proper storage and immediate use upon delivery.
4. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed through our website www.maiachocolates.qa or authorized apps.
Payments are accepted via major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods provided at checkout.
Prices listed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees may apply based on location and urgency.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless allowed under our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Delivery & Shipping
We offer same-day, next-day, and scheduled deliveries across Qatar. Delivery times are best-effort and subject to traffic, weather, and recipient availability.
You must ensure the recipient is available to receive the order. If not, a redelivery may be scheduled at an additional charge.
Delivery of flowers, chocolates, or gifts to public places (e.g., offices, hospitals) is made to reception or security, with a notification to the recipient.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders for perishable products (flowers, chocolate, cakes) are non-refundable once prepared or dispatched.
Refunds or replacements may be offered in case of incorrect, damaged, or delayed deliveries.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
§ Violate any laws or regulations in Qatar or the country of delivery
§ Upload or distribute harmful, false, or misleading content
§ Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
§ Use bots or scripts to place automated or fraudulent orders
§ We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these conditions.
